FCB seek immediate European impact

After fully 525 days away, and a year’s “demotion“ to the UEFA Cup, Bayern finally return to the Champions League fray away to Steaua Bucharest on Wednesday evening (Live in English from 8.30 pm CET on FCB Web Radio).

The German champions are keen to get their campaign off to a positive start in the Romanian capital and hand coach Jürgen Klinsmann a successful debut in Europe’s top club competition. “It’s starting at last, and that’s terrific.
