Breno apologises to coach and team-mates

Brazilian centre-back Breno has apologised to head coach Jupp Heynckes and his team-mates for expressing discontent with his situation at the club via Twitter on Sunday, FCB chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed on Tuesday afternoon: “Jupp Heynckes and Breno have talked today. Breno acknowledged that the tweet came from him, and he’s apologised.“

The player complained at being assigned to the reserve team for a friendly at the weekend instead of the first team warm-up match away to Erfurt. “He should probably leave it out in the future. I’d give him a light yellow card for this,” continued Rummenigge.
