Toni Kroos delivered a concise summary: “That's what we want."
Reaction to VfB Stuttgart v Bayern:
Jupp Heynckes: “We had a superb balance between defence and attack. Our attacking play was variable and very fast-paced. I'm very satisfied. My team controlled the match and showed they’re capable of top-class football. We showed them who's boss right from the start, and we were a real unit."
Toni Kroos: “We were outstanding. We dominated the match from the first minute until the last, we shut them out, and we played very good attacking football. Our play was extremely flexible. That's what we want. It worked out really well for me as a playmaker, it played to my strengths. When we play as well as that, we all enjoy it, and it worked out extremely well. The team is capable of controlling matches for 90 minutes, but we actually have to go out and do it. Today we succeeded."
