Focused FCB aim to maintain match rhythm

The stated goals are to stay focused, maintain match rhythm and collect three points when Bayern visit Hannover 96 in the 30th round of Bundesliga fixtures on Saturday (Live in English from 3.30 pm CET on Web Radio). FCB will disregard the standings and the imminent Champions League meeting with Barcelona, “and although Hannover are aiming for Europe, we want to go there and win," declared head coach Jupp Heynckes.

But will it be humanly possible for the players to relegate the prestige clash with Barça to the back of their minds? “For now, we're concentrating totally on Hannover," insisted Heynckes, “it's always a tasty encounter at their place, and we have to be prepared for that." The newly-crowned champions are determined to go home with at least a point for the 17th away Bundesliga fixture in a row, although extending that streak is not a major priority for now, the coach said: “We're not thinking about our run, we want to maintain our match rhythm – and that's with an eye on Tuesday. For this reason, we want to win."
