Crash in southern France

FCB mourns victims of air disaster

FC Bayern Munich is deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of Germanwings flight 4U9525 in southern France. The club is in mourning for the victims and extends its heartfelt sympathy and condolences to their families and friends.

The Airbus A320 crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday morning. The cause is as yet unknown. The aircraft was on a scheduled flight from Barcelona to Düsseldorf carrying 144 passengers, two pilots and a cabin crew of four. French authorities do not believe anyone on board has survived the crash.
