FC Bayern München AG supervisory board re-elected
At the FC Bayern München AG Annual General Meeting on Monday 9 November 2015 in Munich, the current supervisory board members were unanimously re-elected by the shareholders.
At the meeting of the supervisory board held after the AGM, the chairman and vice-chairmen were confirmed in office.
The FC Bayern München AG supervisory board comprises the following members:
Karl Hopfner (FC Bayern München eV president)
Herbert Hainer (adidas AG CEO)
Rupert Stadler (Audi AG chairman)
Dr. Werner Zedelius (Allianz SE board director)
Timotheus Höttges (Deutsche Telekom AG chairman)
Rudolf Schels (FC Bayern München eV senior vice-president)
Dr. Edmund Stoiber (Bavarian First Minister rtd.)
Dr. Theodor Weimer (UniCredit Bank AG board member)
Dr. Martin Winterkorn (manager)
"We will continue to perform our duties constructively and faithfully for the benefit of FC Bayern," commented FC Bayern München AG supervisory board chairman Karl Hopfner.
The meeting of the supervisory board also approved extensions to the contracts of FC Bayern München AG board directors Andreas Jung (54) and Jörg Wacker (48) for a further three years through 30 June 2019.
