FAQ - Addition for New Mobile Ticket

If you received your mobile Ticket(s) via an email attachment,

1. open email on your iPhone,
2. tap on attachment with Apple Wallet icon,
3. add to Wallet,
4. done.

Please note that this function is only available for iPhone 6 and above running at least iOS 11 or higher.

If you have received a link to myFCB in your confirmation email,

1. open email on your iPhone and click on the link
2. log into myFCB and select myFCB Profile,
3. go to the Tickets section and press the Go to Tickets button,
4. tap the button Add to Apple Wallet,
5. done.

Please note that this function is only available for iPhone 6 and above running at least iOS 11 or higher.

If you have received your tickets via an email attachment, and you want to download your ticket, you can select the ticket, then tap the attachment and then tap Next.

If you have received a link to myFCB in your confirmation email, click on it, log in to myFCB and go to the Tickets section. To select the ticket, tap the Mobile Ticket Download button.

You must call up myFCB with your smartphone to use this option. Your mobile Ticket will be displayed with a QR code on your device.

After logging in to myFCB, select myFCB Profile, then go to Tickets and press the Go to Tickets button. Here you can see all the tickets you have purchased for upcoming and past games.

We cannot currently offer conversion to a mobile Ticket for annual season ticket holders. We are working on an extension of our mobile Tickets offer for all stadium visitors. We will inform you as soon as there is any news.

To forward a mobile Ticket:

1. Go to back of Pass taping on the three dots
2. Select share Pass
3. Follow instructions

The recipient can add the ticket to Apple Wallet on his iPhone. Users of other smartphones must download a suitable app from the App Store.

Go to Apple Wallet App, here you can find and select your ticket.

As soon as you approach the Allianz Arena, a notification with your ticket will automatically appear on your iPhone lock screen.

When you are in front of the turnstiles, simply tap on the notification.

•  Hold the top of your iPhone near the ticket scanner. There is no need to unlock your device, open an app or scan a code.
• If you have multiple tickets stored on your iPhone, you can browse through them and access them one at a time.

If your iPhone is locked and you can't see the notification, hold the top of your iPhone to the ticket scanner and use Face ID or Touch ID to access. You can also open the Wallet App and find your ticket to get access.

If you are using an older iPhone or Android smartphone, tap the notification and scan the barcode on the ticket scanner.
