We’re very pleased that we’re open for you again. So that visitors and staff stay healthy, we ask you to observe the following rules:
Wearing of a mask is compulsory throughout the museum (for children from six upwards).
In order to maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 metres, the number of visitors is being limited for the time being. A maximum of 150 people per 20 m² may be in the museum at any one time, in accordance with the requirement of one visitor per 20 m². We ask you to observe the required distance in all areas within the Allianz Arena.
To reduce contacts, please buy your tickets in advance online. If buying your tickets on the door, we ask you to pay by card if possible. For your protection, audio guides will not be provided, but an accompanying booklet for your museum visit can be purchased on site.
Please take note of the general hygiene regulations, which we have tightened all around the Arena. You will find plexiglass and/or face masks being used at counters and other points of contact. All areas of the museum will be cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day. You will find soap and disinfectant in both the sanitary facilities and the exhibition.
In order to minimise risk, some areas are closed (VR station, audio stations, pitch). Beyond that there are no restrictions. Please note that Café Gisela is also closed, in line with these requirements. No food or drink is being served.
Immerse yourself in the history of FC Bayern – we look forward to welcoming you!
