To be allowed entry to the Allianz Arena, you must provide proof that you have either been vaccinated, tested or have recovered. This rule applies regardless of the local incidence rate as of 2 September.
Wearing of a medical mask is compulsory throughout the museum for visitors aged 16 and over. Children between the ages of 6 and 15 must at least wear a mouth-nose covering.
Please always try and ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 metres in all areas within the Allianz Arena. The number of visitors is also being limited to ensure that the required minimum distance can be maintained.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online or via telephone +49 (0)89 / 699 31-222. There are also lockers available with appropriate spacing.
Please observe the general hygiene regulations, which we have tightened all around the Allianz Arena. All areas of the museum will be cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day. You will find soap and disinfectant in the entrance, sanitary facilities and the exhibitions.
People with symptoms of illness, as well as people who have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient within the last 14 days, will not be granted access.
In order to minimise risk, some areas are closed. Otherwise, all other exhibition areas are accessible. Please note that Café Gisela is also closed.
