American forward Katie Stengel has been called up to the US U-23 national team training camp. Coach Steve Swanson has included the FC Bayern attacker in his 24-player roster to take part in the training camp in California from January 3-10. The roster features players competing in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) as well as players who competed at the FIFA 2014 U-20 Women's World Cup (including Stengel).
