Step into German Contest

Learn German and win a trip to watch FC Bayern

Would you like to meet the stars of FC Bayern Munich? See them live in action with three of your friends? Well, now you can! Take part in the Step into German contest organized by the Goethe-Institut, Germany’s cultural center in the US, in cooperation with FCB.

All you need to do to win the trip of a lifetime is produce a short video that captures your love of FC Bayern. Show us your passion and why you're interested in FCB. The top 20 videos will be uploaded to the Step into German website. Soccer fans and German students from around the world will then vote for their favorites. Great prizes are waiting for the top vote getters!

The Grand Prize of the contest is a trip for four students to Munich in the summer of 2015, including airfare and seven nights accommodation. In Germany the winners will:

  • Watch a Bayern Munich match at the Allianz-Arena
  • Meet some of the FC Bayern stars
  • Visit FCB’s headquarters and watch the first team practice
  • Meet players of Bayern Munich’s famed Youth Academy

The contest is open to middle and high school students in the US. The deadline for submitting a video is April 13, 2015.
