Wörle: “We’re looking forward to the match against Paris”

To conclude their week-long training camp in Valais, Switzerland, the FC Bayern Munich women take on Paris Saint-Germain Friday at 7 p.m. CET while Olympique Lyon face FC Zürich in the second semifinal; the final will take place this Sunday.

The FC Bayern women’s team has already completed three days of training and will spend the remaining few days in the Swiss Canton of Valais in preparation for the upcoming Allianz Women’s Bundesliga, DFB Cup and Champions League.

After completing tactical and fitness exercises on Friday, the team will have a high-profile friendly ahead of them as they take on French runners-up Paris Saint-Germain in the semifinals of the Valais Women’s Cup at 7 p.m. in Martigny – two weeks before the start of the new Bundesliga season.

The game will be covered live on FC Bayern Women’s Twitter with more on the website after the match.

Sunday will conclude the tournament with the match for third place at 3 p.m. CET and the final at 6:15 p.m. either against French champions Olympique Lyon or Swiss champions FC Zürich. The FC Bayern women will head back to Munich directly after the game.

The FC Bayern Munich women head into the new season as reigning champions when they take on Turbine Potsdam at the Grünwalder Stadion on August 28 at 6 p.m. CET to kick off the 2015/16 Allianz Women’s Bundesliga season.
