15 FCB women on international duty

Things will be somewhat quiet at the FC Bayern women’s camp the next few days just before their DFB Cup encounter with Duisburg on September 27th due to international break. The first round of games will take place over the next coming days, many of which include qualifiers for the 2017 Women’s Euros in the Netherlands. A glance at the internationals’ schedules:

Leonie Maier, Melanie Leupolz, Melanie Behringer, Sara Däbritz

Germany will contest two Euro qualifiers – on September 18 in Halle (Saale) vs. Hungary at 4 p.m. CET, and on September 22 in Zagreb vs. Croatia (6 p.m. CET).

Viktoria Schnaderbeck, Carina Wenninger, Laura Feiersinger, Manuela Zinsberger

The Austrian contingent will travel to Kazakhstan on September 17 for the first of two Euro qualifiers over the break and will face Wales on September 22.

Tinja-Riikka Korpela

The Finnish goalkeeper and her national team take on Montenegro on September 17 and Ireland on September 21.

Raffaella Manieri

Manieri and her Italian side take on Georgia on September 18.

Lisa Evans

Evans and the Scottish national team face Slovenia on September 22.

Nora Holstad

Nora Holstad and Norway will head to Kazakhstan for their qualifier on September 22.

Vanessa Bürki, Caroline Abbé

Switzerland will face Denmark in a friendly on September 22 before their qualifiers during the next international break in October when everything will be on the line for the Swiss.

Vivianne Miedema

As hosts, the Dutch have already qualified for the 2017 Euros but will contest a friendly against Belarus on September 17.
