A number of junior team youngsters have augmented Carlo Ancelotti's squad for training over the last few days, but the Italian had to make do with the senior pros who have remained in Munich on Thursday morning as only a handful of stars reported to the Säbener Strasse HQ. However, that did not affect the upbeat atmosphere: keepers Sven Ulreich and Tom Starke and outfield players Philipp Lahm, Franck Ribéry, Xabi Alonso, Rafinha, Juan Bernat and Holger Badstuber clearly enjoyed a series of rondo drills and a football tennis match. Arjen Robben took a breather, pursuing an individual programme in the performance centre.
