Oliver Kahn initiates strategic projects to make sure that FC Bayern’s future is as bright as its history. He draws on the experience and qualities that characterized him as a player, such as discipline and leadership skills. On his way to his new job as the designated chairman of the executive board, he has explored every department of the club, to become familiar with the organization and culture of FC Bayern from this new perspective.
As team manager, Kathleen Krüger has the team’s back, making sure all players and staff can devote all their efforts to success on the pitch. She masters her various responsibilities with lots of empathy and is constantly adapting to the needs of her team. Kathleen gained her sense for the importance of teamwork as a player for FCB herself. SAP SuccessFactors simplifies her work by proactively sending important messages from the system – such as a notification when a player’s passport is about to expire.
Whether at the FC Bayern campus or with the professional team, Hermann Gerland has been a constant in the FC Bayern family for 20 years. He is a meticulous worker who gives his all for the team’s success. As assistant coach, he has won the coveted treble twice already. Julia Willer and her HR department are dedicated to creating the best possible work environment for their colleagues.
