FAQ

We at Bayern receive hundreds of emails every day. To help you find the information you want quickly and easily, the Bayern online team has compiled this list of the most frequently asked questions and answers. Emails on any of the subjects listed below will not be answered by separate mail.


Relaunch

  • With our Relaunch we provide you a new and future-oriented digital platform. This new platform will accompany us in the next years and enables us to react independently and in a timely manner to your needs.

    Before the Relaunch, we had a prolonged project phase. In this project phase we replaced numerous applications and therefore consolidated numerous Data into one central database. In doing so, we carried out different measures in order to start the new digital platform with a validated and cleared up database.

    In the past, we had different rules and functionalities around the registration function. Some of them we do not support anymore. The reason for this is not, that we want to take away functions, which you have become fond of, we rather strive to develop explicit and consistent processes. For us this means, the Relaunch will be accompanied with a phase of adaption for all of us. Especially with the registration function we expect some problems.  

    With our FAQ’s we try to support you the best possible way and try to make the access to our new platform easier for you. In order to do so, we created an own area registration / log in within the FAQ’s. However, if you have any other problems, or if our FAQ’s are unclear in any way, please let us know by writing us an email to support.login@fcb.de.

    Together with you and your feedback we would like to optimize the start phase. You can make our work easier, if you write your problems as detailed as possible. We make a great effort to process your messages as fast as possible.

  • The new websites are built to be displayed in modern browser and web technologies. This may lead to incomplete or incorrect display in older browser versions.

    The websites are optimized for display in Chrome 44 or higher, Firefox 40 or higher, Mobile Safari 8 or higher, Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Mobile Internet Explorer 11 or higher.

Registration / Log in

  • You can log in with your registered e-mail address and password.

  • In our new Online-World we automatically create a user account for you, as soon as you completed a registration process. In this process you can decide, if you want to activate your user account by entering a password.

  • The creation of a user account occurs with a registration. You can create a new user account through the Login-Section. One other simple way to register for a user account is to sign up for the newsletter or participate in an online campaign. Furthermore, a registration takes place in all processes, where you allow us to save your personal data. 

  • Please log in the application myFCB to maintain your user account as well as your personal Data. You can reach this application if you are logged in over myFCB profile (in the shop currently over my data)  

  • You can change your password in the myFCB profile within the Content Card personal data. Moreover, you can use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password and change it that way. For this, you have to enter your e-mail address and klick on “reset”. You will receive an e-mail with the subject “reset password – activation link”. In this e-mail you get an activation link. If you click on the activation link your password is reset and you will receive another e-mail with the subject “reset password – generated password”. In this e-mail you get a generated password. You can use this generated password for your next log in. With the next log in you have to change your password.  

  • The safety of your data is of great importance to us. Because of this, we decided to implement a strong password logic. The following rules have to be applied:
    - min. eight characters
    - min. one number
    - min. one special character
    - use of small and capital letters

  • With the changeover to our new Online-World we tried to take over all existing online accounts. However, with the data transfer we came across some constellations we could not take over. This has the effect, that a log in to some user accounts might not be possible. In these cases, we would kindly ask you to create a new user account. 

  • After our changeover we only support one online account. The application criteria is your e-mail address.

  • Your previous user name/ alias will no longer be supported. Please log on with your e-mail address.

  • In the transitional period you cannot change your e-mail address. If you need to change your e-mail address during this time please contact us via email: support.login@fcb.de.

  • If you forgot your password, you can use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password. To do so, you have to enter your e-mail address and klick on “reset”. You will receive an e-mail with the subject “reset password – activation link”. In this e-mail you get an activation link. If you click on the activation link your password is reset and you will receive another e-mail with the subject “reset password – generated password”. In this e-mail you get a generated password. You can use this generated password for your next log in. With the next log in you have to change your password.

  • Because of multiple wrong entries we have locked your account for safety reasons. With every new login attempt we send you a new e-mail to inform you about the lock. Within the e-mail you also receive a link to unlock your user account. After you unlocked your account, you have the chance to log in again or use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password.  

  • Please check if our e-mail with the link for activation is in your spam folder. If you cannot find the activation mail, please contact support.login@fcb.de.

  • Please contact our support support.login@fcb.de. In order tell you your e-mail address we also need your personal data as well as your customer number or membership number.


MyFCB profile administration

  • MyFCB is the new central user administration. 

  • After log in, you find your MyFCB profile on the website in the right upper corner under myFCB profile (in the shop currently under my data). 

  • MyFCB consist of different areas. These areas are named Content Cards. Every content card has a button, to show details, change data or edit settings.

  • In the status the most important roles are shown. You can receive a role for example through a membership, KidsClub or Fanclub membership as well as through the participation in campaigns.

  • Content Cards are shown dependent on roles. If you are missing a role, you find in the lowest Content Card links to activate missing functions. 

  • While editing your personal Data you can choose up to three favorite players with a klick on them. You can rake back your choice, if you klick on a player once again. 

  • The fields: form of address, first name, last name, birth date and birth place cannot be changed. If you need to change one of the fields, please contact  support.myfcb@fcb.de

  • You can use the shipping addresses for our fan shop. For each order you can choose one of your shipping addresses or enter a new one.

  • Through the Content Card permissions, you can decide through which channels FC Bayern can contact you. You can also unsubscribe the newsletter here. 

  • You can change your credit card and bank account within the Content Card payment details. The change applies automatically for your memberships, subscriptions and prospective orders. In exceptional cases a change in your payment details is not possible - for example if you have open orders.  

  • No, we only support one credit card and bank account in our Online-World. If you had more than one credit card or bank account in the past, we would kindly ask you to choose one.

  • In the Content Card membership, the membership as well as the membership of KidsClub is shown. With the editing button, you have get to the administration application. Your Fanclub membership is shown in the Content Card Fanclub. 

  • Online ordered tickets, as well as your last order from the Fan-Shop is shown in the content cards tickets and Fan-Shop. 

  • ArenaCard is the cashless payment method of the Allianz-Arena. If you log on to MyFCB you can check and recharge your ArenaCard credit. 

  • You can only delete a credit card or bank account if you have no open items left. 


FC Bayern App

  • We entirely redesigned the FC Bayern app, in order to provide you with an intuitive navigation, large pictures and visuals, fast delivery and notification mechanisms, FC Bayern.tv videos, a new match center and much more.

    The new app Features at a glance:

    · Broad match center, live ticker, live scores, team line-ups, statistics and much more.

    · Latest Information to games in all competitions and friendly matches

    · Individual subscription settings for push notifications.

FC Bayern.tv plus

  • FC Bayern.tv plus is the online TV channel at FC Bayern featuring exclusive videos on everything to do with FC Bayern. Subscribers can watch all FCB’s games and goals here plus exclusive interviews and background reports. There are also regular live broadcasts (e.g. friendlies, training sessions, press conferences, online discussions). Competitive matches are also covered live on our Web Radio service. On top of that we provide a wide range of offers via individual FC Bayern webmail addresses and competitions.


Membership

  • Just fill out the online membership application form

    You can also advise us if your address via email (see the feedback form) and we will send you the documents you need to become a member by post.

  • The FC Bayern membership service assists with all questions regarding membership. To contact our service team please call the hotline: +49 89 699 31-555.

  • With the button "customer number unknown", you can request your customer number. You will then get an e-mail with your customer number. 

  • You find your membership number on your membership identification card, in letters, E-Mails or you can contact our membership administration. 


Fan clubs

  • Information on setting up a fan club is available HERE.

  • You can find all FC Bayern fan clubs worldwide HERE. You can use the search facility to look for fan clubs in your area.

  • With the button "customer number unknown", you can request your customer number. You will then get an e-mail with your customer number. 

  • You find your fan club number in letters, E-Mails or you can contact our Fanclub administration. 

  • With the changeover to our new Online-World we tried to take over all existing online accounts. However, with the data transfer we came across some constellations we could not take over.   • An e-mail address can only be assigned to one customer number. We cannot maintain more than one customer numbers with one e-mail address, because of that you cannot use your e-mail address for different (even within the same family)

  • In our new Online-World we automatically create a user account for you, as soon as you completed a registration process. In this process you can decide, if you want to activate your user account by entering a password.


KidsClub

  • Within the FCB KidsClub, small fans of FC Bayern can look forward to a variety of different activities around FC Bayern. As a Member FCB kids have among other the opportunity to take part in exiting events with FC Bayern. More information about the FCB KidsClub are available here.


Autograph cards

  • Signed autographs by our players and officials must be requested exclusively by post. Please include a stamped and self-addressed envelope and address your request to:

    Depending on the number of autograph cards you request, you must include an envelope of the following size. For requests within Germany:

    • up to 4 autograph cards € 0,70 DIN C6 long
    • up to 8 autograph cards € 0,90 DIN C6 long
    • complete set (subject to availability) € 1,45 DIN C5

  • As the number of requests we receive is fairly high (a few thousand a day) long delays will have to be taken into account (up to six months) when submitting your request.

    Naturally, our aim is to fulfil as many requests for autograph cards as possible, so we'd ask fans not to submit multiple requests within a single season. We will supply one autograph card per player, per fan and per season.

    Please don't send us photos, newspaper cuttings, replica shirts, T-shirts etc. hoping to have them signed. Unfortunately, the players simply don't have the time to fulfil these requests. There can be no excetions to this rule, as we wish to be fair to all our fans.

  • If you would like to receive autograph cards signed by the players please note that request on your order. Please bear with us in the event of long waiting times and incomplete autograph card sets.

    FC Bayern also has autograph cards with printed signatures. These requests will be processed and dispatched without delay. This service is free of charge with the exception of postage costs.


Miscellaneous

  • Public training sessions are usually held at the FC Bayern premises at the Säbener Strasse facility several times a week. The exact hours for the following week are usually issued on Sundays. They can be found at www.fcbayern.de.

    Please note that training times may be subject to change at short notice. Unfortunately, long-term planning of the training schedule is not possible. There is no charge for admission to public sessions.
