What can I do if I am not receiving push notifications?
If you are not receiving push notifications, please check the following steps:
Activate the pushes in the app
- Menu > Notifications Activate push notifications
- Menu > Cookie settings Activate the service batch in the “App” category
- Alternatively: Reject all cookies, save, and then reactivate the batch service.
Reinstall the app
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- Activate the settings as described above.
Check your device settings
- Apple: Settings > Notifications > FC Bayern app > Activate “Allow notifications.”
- Android: Settings > Apps > FC Bayern App > Notifications > Activate “Show notifications.”
- Also important for Android: Background activities must not be deactivated.
