Germany’s most successful club is going from strength to strength in China. FC Bayern recently passed the 1,000,000 fan milestone on Chinese social media platforms Tencent and Sina Weibo.
Replicating the successful formula developed for myFCB, Facebook, Twitter and Google+, FCB takes its fans in the Far East direct to the heart of the club with the latest news and information.
Bayern officially launched on Tencent in August 2012, and opened for business on Sina Weibo the following October.
