We're proud to present the new fcbayern.de! The official FC Bayern website was relaunched on Thursday after a ground-up overhaul, to be more modern, emotional, and easier to use. fcbayern.de, the world's most viewed club website, has taken on a spectacular new look!
The relaunch is by no means confined to the design and main site. Every online portal, including FCB.tv, our apps, online shop, and the FCB KidsClub site, has been redeveloped from scratch. On top of that, the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt now has its own microsite within the fcbayern.de home.
The relaunched site exudes FC Bayern regardless of where you surf. The club’s online presence now features a uniform identity across all platforms. And thanks to responsive web design, all the different portals automatically adapt to the dimensions of the display of the device you happen to be using, be it a desktop computer, tablet, smart phone etc. That's a unique feature on any club website around the world.
The official Bayern homepage, the information nerve centre for fans all over the globe, is now published in seven different languages: we added Russian and Arabic last season. As always, we feature daily news from the Säbener Strasse and Allianz Arena, exclusive interviews, live match reports, the fixture schedule, the latest standings, photo galleries, detailed player and coach profiles, and comprehensive information about the club, including its structure, history, membership and fan clubs.
Now in its 16th year of operation, the FCB website continues to grow and develop. Our statistics database covering every match and every player, previously accessed via FCB.tv, has migrated to the main site. We’ve also standardised and optimised registration procedures for our different services, including FCB.tv, the newsletter, the fan shop and our very own social media portal myFCB. It's now easier for all currently registered users to log in to all the portals and enjoy the associated benefits.
The relaunch offers many extras to FCB.tv subscribers. Videos are now accessed via a large format video centre with innovative functions. For example, line-ups and match stats are now integrated in the video player when you watch match highlights. All functions are now available to tablet users. As always, we present highlights with exclusive English commentary shortly after the final whistle, except for the Champions League, when the highlights first appear at midnight for legal reasons.
Every goal from every game – that's always been the FCB.tv promise. And the club's own premium TV channel will now be broadcasting live on a more regular basis, with friendly matches, training sessions, press conferences and chats. All this and much more continues to be available at unchanged, fair-deal prices: a year’s subscription costs just €36, a six-month subscription is €20, and three months cost €12.
FC Bayern's free apps are Germany's most popular sports apps with a total of 2.7 million downloads and counting. Our apps have also been redeveloped for the new season, ensuring a uniform appearance and functionality on all platforms, including tablets, smart phones, and the iOS and Android operating systems (new apps for other popular operating systems are currently in development and will be launched before the end of the year). And all our apps are now also available in English.
The apps feature almost all the content available on fcbayern.de and FCB.tv, including news, interviews, match reports, fixture schedules, tables, player profiles, web radio, and videos. You can also access the online shop while on the move.

In the next few weeks and months, we’ll continue to introduce new content and functions to the FC Bayern online world, but for now, enjoy discovering the new era ushered in by our major relaunch.
