The Bayern striker scored the winner in his country’s second group match against Venezuela on 71 minutes to ensure an exciting finish in Group C. “It was really emotional. It’s always good to score. But this goal was crucial as it sets us up for a decider,” said the 36-year-old. Peru, Brazil, Columbia and Venezuela are all on three points with one game to go. Pizarro and Peru face Columbia on Sunday.
