Lewandowski top scorer in qualifiers

The Euro qualifiers were a huge success story for Robert Lewandowski and his team-mates. Besides sealing a spot at the 2016 finals the Bayern striker had a personal reason to celebrate on Tuesday evening: Lewandowski has netted 13 times, which makes him the top scorer. Only Ulsterman David Healy has achieved this before. In addition the Pole fired the fastest hat-trick: he only needed 242 seconds for his three goals against Georgia. With 33 goals Poland were the most goal-hungry side in the qualifiers. Bayern fans hope for a continuation of the Lewandowski weeks in Munich.
