The Germany squad has returned home safely from Paris. A specially-arranged charter flight with the travelling party on board landed in Frankfurt on Saturday morning.

The team including Bayern trio Jérôme Boateng, Thomas Müller and Manuel Neuer did not return to their hotel following the 2-0 friendly defeat to France on Friday evening, but spent the night at the Stade de France. The team bus transferred directly to the airport from the stadium.

Paris was rocked by a string of terror attacks on Friday evening after kick-off in the international clash. Three suicide bombers detonated explosives in the vicinity of the stadium. Attacks at six different locations in the French capital claimed the lives of more than 120 people.
