7,700 kilometres away from Munich, Paul Breitner and Giovane Elber have made countless Chinese Bayern fans happy. In Chengdu, the capital of the Sichuan province in Southwest China with around four million inhabitants, the two Bayern legends participated in the opening of the Audi Plaza Football Center. They signed innumerable autographs, were available for meet and greets and photos, and laced up their football boots once again for an exhibition match. The Audi Plaza Chengdu is the biggest Audi complex in the world with nine floors and more than 45,000 square metres of floor space. Apart from retail areas the complex includes several football pitches, an Audi training centre and a hotel.
