On Wednesday FCB president Karl Hopfner opened the touring exhibition “Venerated – Persecuted - Forgotten: Victims of National Socialism at FC Bayern München” at the Church of Reconciliation at Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site as part of the worldwide Holocaust Memorial Day. The stories of 56 club members who were deported or had to escape Germany for religious or political reasons during the Nazi regime will be retold through 1 May 2016. Honorary presidents Kurt Landauer and Siegfried Herrmann were among the victims.
Rafinha running
FCB right-back Rafinha is out on the pitch again. After sustaining a bruised knee in the friendly away to Karlsruhe ten days ago the 30-year-old has resumed running. Depending on how his knee responds the Brazilian will be able to gradually increase his training load in the next few days.
Marketing Wednesday at FCB
After Wednesday's training session the Bayern pros had a special marketing appointment. At the multi-purpose sports hall and on the artificial turf pitch the players lined up in groups for photos for FCB partners Telekom, adidas and MAN as well as for the club's merchandising department.
