FC Bayern are through to the Champions League semi-finals for the fifth time in a row, an incredible streak by any standards. Now the focus turns to Nyon in Switzerland, where the semi-final pairings will be drawn at UEFA HQ at midday on Friday. The four remaining sides are FC Bayern, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Manchester City.
“We’ll take it as it comes. There are only top teams left anyway,” commented Thomas Müller after the final whistle in Lisbon. The semi-final first legs take place on 26 and 27 April, the returns a week later on 3 and 4 May, with the final in Milan on 28 May.
