Henke takes over at Ingolstadt
The long-standing FCB assistant coach Michael Henke has been appointed caretaker coach at FC Ingolstadt. That was announced on Tuesday after the Bundesliga club parted company with the former head coach Markus Kauczinski on Sunday. Henke had three spells at FC Bayern (1998-2004, 2007-08, 2008-09) and he was also assistant coach at Ingolstadt from 2013 to 2016. Since the summer, Henke worked for FCI in building up international contacts in his role as brand ambassador.
