Bayern extend record

FC Bayern have extended their impressive home streak in the Champions League. The 1-0 victory over Atlético in the final group match was the 15th CL home win on the bounce for the Bavarians. No other European team boasts a similar run, with Manchester United second on 12 home victories in a row between 2006 and 2008.

Neuer equals Kahn's record

Manuel Neuer kept a clean sheet for the 33rd time in Europe's elite club competition on Tuesday, equalling the record set by former FCB keeper Oliver Kahn. No German netminder boasts more Champions League matches without conceding a goal.

Milestone men Costa and Rafinha

Rafinha and Douglas Costa both made their 50th Champions League appearance in the last group match against Atlético. Congratulations! Thomas Müller, who came on in the closing stages of the meeting, made his 89th European appearance and is now fourth in Bayern's all-time rankings, equal with Hasan Salihamidzic and Klaus Augenthaler. Only Oliver Kahn, Philipp Lahm and Bastian Schweinsteiger boast more European matches wearing the FCB kit.
