Milestone for Manuel Neuer! The netminder kept his 100th clean sheet in the Bundesliga for FC Bayern in Saturday's 8-0 victory over Hamburger SV. Only Sepp Maier and Oliver Kahn achieved this number before Neuer. However, both needed more appearances than Neuer, who made his 183rd league appearance for the German record champions. The 30-year-old set a new record as no other keeper has achieved this mark so early.
Robben catches up with Pizarro
Another milestone for a Bayern pro: Arjen Robben scored his 125th goal in a competitive fixture for FCB when he made it eight against Hamburg. The Dutchman drew level with Claudio Pizarro and is now joint seventh in the Bayern all-time scorer rankings. Only one foreign player has netted more often: Giovane Elber boasts 140 goals in an FCB shirt.
Neuer presented with goalkeeper accolade
Following his 100th clean sheet Manuel Neuer was presented with the World's Best Goalkeeper award by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS). The Germany captain won the accolade for the fourth time on the bounce. Many congratulations!
