The Bayern party schedule

The fans will enjoy a diverse supporting programme on 20 May, when FC Bayern celebrate the 2017 German championship title.  We'll join our fans to celebrate the 27th triumph, a record-extending fifth championship title on the bounce, at the Allianz Arena and in Marienplatz. The programme of the day starts before the meeting with SC Freiburg, which kicks off at 15.30, and continues after the match.

"At our fans' request we'll continue the long tradition of celebrating the championship title in Munich's Marienplatz following the last match," said FC Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

The party schedule:

13.30 pm: the Allianz Arena opens.

From 14.30 pm: supporting programme with brass bands, gun salutes, FC Bayern legends (including Franz Beckenbauer, Lothar Matthäus, Luca Toni and Michael Ballack) embodying the 27 championship titles and much more.

Approx. 15.25 pm: farewell to Philipp Lahm and Xabi Alonso.

15.30 pm: Bundesliga match between FC Bayern and SC Freiburg.

Approx. 17.30 pm: championship shield and medals handover by DFL president Dr Reinhard Rauball and DFL CEO Christian Seifert. Official championship photo and lap of honour.

Approx. 18.00 pm: start of the supporting programme in Marienplatz.

Approx. 20.00 pm: championship party on the Town Hall balcony.
