The Audi Summer Tour 2017 is over for Juan Bernat. The FC Bayern defender sustained ligament damage to his ankle in the defeat to AC Milan.
Instead of joining his team-mates on the trip to Singapore Bernat will travel to Munich for a thorough examination. The Spaniard sustained the injury while making a tackle and had to be replaced after 31 minutes.
"He can't continue the Audi Summer Tour and will fly back to Munich tomorrow. He'll undergo an examination on Monday," head coach Carlo Ancelotti said after the match.
