Jérôme Boateng took the next step towards his comeback on Thursday morning. The 28 year-old, who suffered a muscle injury on the final day of last season, joined in with some parts of the team training. Franck Ribéry and Juan Bernat did not take part, instead completing individual sessions including strength exercises at the performance centre.
