Sebastian Rudy and Niklas Süle completed their first training session wearing FC Bayern colours on Saturday afternoon. Joshua Kimmich and Arturo Vidal, who also contested the Confed Cup final, joined the new signings at the Säbener Strasse HQ after completing the obligatory medical.

The nine Bayern players - Thiago and four youngsters joined the quartet - completed a varied programme under the auspices of assistant coach Davide Ancelotti and fitness coach Francesco Mauri. A warm-up with hurdles was followed by various passing exercises before more passing and dribbling drills and a first stamina exercise in a parcours.

Carlo Ancelotti ended the session after an hour. On Sunday the FCB head coach will have the complete squad at his disposal for the first time this season. The public training session begins at 17.00 CEST following the official unveiling of Rudy and Süle at 15.30.
