Lewy looking forward to Audi Cup

FC Bayern enter the next stage of pre-season on Tuesday evening, when the Audi Cup kicks off. "The Audi Cup is the next step," Robert Lewandowski said before Bayern's home match against Liverpool, which kicks off at 20.30 CEST (few tickets still available!): "We want to show we're on the right way!"

Neuer making progress

Manuel Neuer has taken the next step towards a comeback. The World's Best Goalkeeper was able to "run at 100 percent" for the first time on Monday. "It was a great day for me," Neuer told FC Bayern.tv. However, the 31-year-old cautioned: "We did minor things today. It was a first test, it went quite well." It remains to be seen whether Neuer will feature between the sticks in the Bundesliga opener, but Bayern's number one is encouraged by his progress: "Of course I hope I'll return to the team as soon as possible."
