Paris Saint-Germain downed Celtic 5-0 on Tuesday evening, taking the lead in Group B. The Frenchmen will entertain FC Bayern in two weeks.

PSG early opened the scoring at the atmospheric Celtic Park. The two recent arrivals Neymar and Kylian Mbappe both netted for PSG, the latter being the club's youngest Champions League scorer at 18 years and 266 days. Mbappe is the first 18-year-old to boast seven CL goals. Edison Cavani converted a penalty shortly before half-time.

PSG were increasingly content to contain their opponents after the restart, adding gloss to the scoreline in the closing stages. Celtic defender Mikael Lustig put into his own goal following a Julian Draxler cross before Cavani rounded off his brace, Celtic conceding more than four goals on the European stage for the first time.
