What a milestone for Mr Wembley! Arjen Robben made his 100th Champions League appearance in the 3-0 victory over Celtic. The 33-year-old is the second Dutchman to reach this mark after Clarence Seedorf on 125 matches. Robben has worn Bayern colours in 60 matches in Europe's premier club competition, reaching the final in 2010 and 2012 before sealing the trophy in 2013. He has also made 19 appearances for Chelsea, 11 for Real Madrid and ten for PSV Eindhoven. The winger has scored a total of 29 goals, netting 23 in the Bayern jersey, including the match-winner in the final at Wembley on 25 May 2013.

Paris Saint-Germain beat RSC Anderlecht 4-0 on Wednesday, topping Group B on nine points, three clear of FC Bayern. Paris dominated proceedings throughout the match at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium, Kylian Mbappé opening the scoring early in the contest before Edinson Cavani doubled the lead with the half-time whistle imminent. Neymar closed out the meeting midway through the second half, Ángel di María adding gloss to the scoreline in the closing stages.
