Thomas Müller: "We had a large number of chances. All in all it was a lively match, and the course of events was interesting for the spectators."

We staged good counter-attacks at times, unfortunately we didn't make the most of them. We wanted to be awkward opponents in the second half too. Our keeper saved many of their chances. At the end of the day Bayern's victory and the margin were deserved."
Philipp Tschauner (Hannover 96 keeper): "We're a bit disappointed, but there's no reason to hang our heads. We were very awkward opponents, we wanted to take something away. Unfortunately we didn't succeed."
