Syndesmosis injury: Surgery a success for Coman

France international Kingsley Coman sustained a syndesmosis ligament tear above his left ankle in Saturday's match against Hertha Berlin. That was the diagnosis of an examination on Sunday. Coman underwent surgery by Prof Dr Ulrich Stöckle in Tübingen on Monday. The 21-year-old will be sidelined for a number of weeks.
