Boateng eagerly awaiting Brazil game

A dream will come true for Jérôme Boateng when Germany play Brazil in Berlin. "It's something truly special for me. As a little kid I dreamed of playing against Brazil at the Olympic Stadium. I'm delighted I've got the opportunity to play in this game," said the Bayern star ahead of Tuesday's match in his home city. Alongside Boateng, the other Bayern players in the squad are Mats Hummels, Joshua Kimmich, Sebastian Rudy, Niklas Süle and Sandro Wagner. Thomas Müller is being rested and was released by coach Joachim Löw after last Friday's 1-1 draw with Spain.

Robben back in full training

There was good news from Säbener Straße to start the week. Arjen Robben is back in full training for Bayern after almost two weeks out. The Dutch winger had been sidelined due to a trapped nerve since the Champions League last 16 second leg at Besiktas. Coach Jupp Heynckes was also back on the training field after spending last week at home.
