Following a two-day break the senior FC Bayern squad resumed training on Tuesday afternoon prior to the Bundesliga fixture at home to VfB Stuttgart on Saturday. On a glorious early summer's day in Munich, boss Jupp Heynckes took charge of a group of 22 players, including recent injury absentees Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry. David Alaba and Juan Bernat pursued individual programmes in the performance centre.

The group for Tuesday afternoon's workout included five of the club's talented juniors: keeper Christian Früchtl plus outfield players Felix Götze, Lukas Mai, Adrian Fein and Franck Evina. They were watched at the public session by a crowd of some 500 fans.
