No sooner back in Munich after the Audi Summer Tour and coach Niko Kovac is already on the training ground. This afternoon, the new FC Bayern head coach welcomed back captain Manuel Neuer and the other World Cup players, who started the pre-season last week. Only World Cup winner Corentin Tolisso is missing from the record champions’ squad. The Frenchman is only due back in Munich in August.
Two days off for USA tour squad
While the FCB internationals trained on Monday afternoon, the pros taking part in the Audi Summer Tour had a recovery session at the performance centre. After that, the players started a two-day break ahead of returning to the training ground on Thursday.
