Lewandowski and his Polish team-mates travel to face Italy in a UEFA Nations League match on 7 September before entertaining Ireland in a friendly on 11 September. Portugal with Sanches take on Croatia in a friendly on 6 September before a Nations League encounter with Italy on 10 September. Both matches will be staged in Portugal.
