The Bayern pros were full of vigour as they took up preparations for Saturday's DFB Cup final against RB Leipzig despite driving rain in Munich on Tuesday morning.
Manuel Neuer and James Rodríguez, who missed the match against Eintracht Frankfurt with injuries, resumed training. The Colombian took part in the full session, whereas FCB captain Neuer completed parts of goalkeeping training under the auspices of Tom Starke and Toni Tapalovic before turning in passing drills with the rest of the squad.
Apart from Leon Goretzka, coach Niko Kovac had the full squad at his disposal. The 24-year-old Germany international, who had to be replaced with a knock in Saturday's match against Eintracht, worked individually in the performance centre.
Kovac will fine-tune his side in two more training sessions at the Säbener Strasse before the Bavarians travel to Berlin on Thursday evening. On Friday evening the record cup winners will complete the final training session at the venue of the final, Berlin's Olympic Stadium.
