Bayern took Labour day as an opportunity to begin preparations for the upcoming duel with Hannover 96 at the Allianz Arena (Saturday 4 May, kick off 15:30 CEST) - and it wasn’t just the bright sunshine giving Robert Lewandowski & Co. a sweat. After a day off on Tuesday the men from Munich approached the session with great commitment and intensity on Wednesday.
“Come, come, come, work,” Niko Kovac urged his team. The ball moved quickly and the players barely paused during the exercises. "Yes, boys! That's good!” - the coach was satisfied with the performance. The session lasted about 90 minutes and you could see that the 1-1 draw against Nürnberg had already been shrugged off. Bayern are focused on the weekend and want to maintain their lead in the league.
