Summing up, fan fest at AC Milan game and flight home

The final day of the Audi Summer tour got off to a leisurely start – Niko Kovac dispensed with a morning training session and instead sent his team on a walk through Kansas City. After a rest in the afternoon, it was back to action again: FC Bayern beat the 18-time Italian champions AC Milan 1-0 at the Children's Park to round off the USA tour on a high.

"We played really well today. Rummenigge and Wacker draw positive conclusion

Fan events at the game

That was nowhere near the end of the day for the two legends. For the game against AC Milan, FC Bayern invited fans to the fan fest at the No Other Pub in the city centre of Kansas City in the afternoon. Stephan Lehmann was the MC, Elber and Matthäus were busy signing autographs and posing for photos – and, of course, there had to be a birthday serenade for Giovane. Later, it was off to the stadium where the record champions also provided entertainment for the fans before kick-off. In addition to selfies with the legends, there was also the opportunity to have pictures taken with the Bundesliga Meisterschale.
