High-intensity training in front of 2,000 fans

There's a long tradition and fans love it: FC Bayern open training sessions at Säbener Straße. Niko Kovac had the gates opened again and over 2,000 supporters streamed onto the training ground of the champions of Germany to watch their team at work. The players were quick to show their gratitude signing autographs and posing for selfies before the session started.

Then it was off to work and the fans were able to see how hard Bayern work in the pre-season. There was a high-intensity stamina session at the start and with lead vests, weights and different sprint drills that saw Thomas Müller & Co. putting in a tough shift. That lasted for 45 minutes before the players, to their great relief, could finally work with the ball.

The fans were now able to get a good look at the technical skills of their team. In shooting practice and the practice match at the end, FCB demonstrated their ability and impressed with tricks, quick moves and wonderful goals. In spite of all the effort, there was a great mood on the pitch and good moves were celebrated with cheers and applause from the spectators.

After two hours on the pitch, Kovac blew the whistle to end the strenuous session. The players headed to the dressing rooms with heavy legs and completely exhausted. Pre-season is tough but easier to deal with thanks to the powerful support of the fans.
