Fiorentina can look forward to a great player and personality. Franck Ribéry will play for the Italian top-flight side in future, as the long-standing FC Bayern pro and his new club announced. The 36-year-old arrived in Florence on Wednesday where he was met by large numbers of excited fans. "I'm looking forward to playing another two years at the top," said the winger after his arrival.
Ribéry came to Munich from Olympic Marseille in 2007 and he wore the FCB shirt up to 2019. During this time, he became the record Bundesliga champion with nine titles and also won the DFB Cup six times and the treble in 2013. He was an immediate fan favourite thanks to his inimitable style on and off the pitch.
