Bayern newcomer Fiete Arp is facing a spell on the sidelines after sustaining a fractured scaphoid bone in his left wrist while training. The 19-year-old underwent surgery on Thursday in which the damage was successfully repaired. Arp's wrist will be in plaster during the healing process.
