Bayern youngsters Michaël Cuisance and Alphonso Davies have been nominated for the 2019 Golden Boy award, which crowns the best footballer under the age of 21 in Europe.
Four other players from the Bundesliga are included on the shortlist of 40 nominees: Kai Havertz (Bayer Leverkusen), Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund), Dejan Joveljic (Eintracht Frankfurt) and Ibrahima Konate (RB Leipzig). The award, which was started in 2003 by Italian sports newspaper Tuttosport, is voted for by international sports journalists. Former FCB player Renato Sanches won the prize in 2016.
