+++ UPDATE +++
Lucas Hernández's MRT scan in Munich on Wednesday afternoon confirmed the result of the initial scan carried out by club doctor Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt and the medical staff in Athens (partial ligament tear in right ankle). The Bayern defender must now undergo surgery.
FC Bayern will be without Lucas Hernández for the time being. Following a scan by the medical team, it's been revealed that the defender sustained a partial ligament tear in his right ankle during the 3-2 win at Olympiacos in the Champions League.
However, there was better news on Javi Martínez and Serge Gnabry. The Spaniard was forced at half-time in Piraeus but thankfully only suffered neurogenic muscle hardening, while Gnabry took a knock to the knee. Both will do reduced training over the coming days.
