"The run is getting tremendous," Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said at FC Bayern's team hotel in Belgrade. The German record champions had just downed Serbian league leaders Red Star 6-0, handing coach Hansi Flick his fourth victory in the fourth match. Flick now boasts the best start of all Bayern coaches thanks to a record of 16 goals scored and none conceded.
"Hansi took over the team three weeks ago, and we've seen an incredible run: 2-0, 4-0 and 4-0 wins, and today the highlight, a 6-0 victory. It's incredible," the FC Bayern chairman said in his address. Besides the result, the "quality is the main thing," added Rummenigge: "All of us here enjoy our team's football. I'd like to congratulate you and your colleagues, Hansi."
„I'm happy and satisfied with my team.”

Flick is the seventh coach in the club's history to win his first four competitive matches. The "biggest win a team has ever achieved in European competition in Belgrade" (Rummenigge) meant the group win for the German record champions, who celebrated their biggest away win in the Champions League along with the 7-1 victory away to AS Roma in October 2014. Flick commented: "It's nice to see how the team combine and gain confidence. I'm happy and satisfied with my team."
